Return Policy
Flowerbody Floral Design works hard to ensure that our arrangements are made with the highest quality, fresh florals. With this, it is important to note that fresh flowers require love and care even after the arrangement leaves our studio. Your flowers are guaranteed to last a minimum of 3 days from pickup/delivery. To help you get the most life and enjoyment out of your flowers, we have a flower care guide for you to refer to with tips and tricks to help your flowers last.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, it is our policy not to issue a refund on any purchases made within 24 hours of the selected pick up or delivery date. However, we are happy to ensure customer satisfaction by offering replacements for those orders that do not meet our flower quality within 24 hours of pick up or delivery. Contact us at Hi@flowerbodydesign.com with details and photos of your arrangement. Once approved, we will replace your order.
Please note that replacement of orders are based on quality issues. We do not offer replacements or refunds based off of the design (flower types, color, ect.) of the arrangement. Our arrangements are Designer’s Choice, which means they are uniquely designed based on what is freshly available in the market on a seasonal and week-to-week basis.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your flower arrangement order, please do so a minimum 48 hours (2days) in advance to receive full refund or credit toward future order. There will be no refunds or credits towards orders canceled within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Date + Time
Everyday Flower orders are delivered on Wednesdays and Saturdays between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2p.m. We cannot guarantee specific times within the delivery window. We will send a courtesy text message to the sender within 15 minutes of arrival.
Deliveries
Please be on standby to receive your order or notify the recipient that flowers have arrived. If no one shows up to receive the order within 10 minutes, we leave floral orders in a safe location near the door. Although we try our best to ensure the flowers are left safely, we are not responsible for damages due to weather conditions, theft, ect. For deliveries to a condominium or apartments or buildings with a lobby, we will leave orders with the front desk or at the front door of the building, depending on the building's delivery policy. Please check these policies to make for a smooth delivery.
Delivery Address and Contact Information
Flowerbody Floral Design is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is an additional fee for redelivery.

Monday-Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm
Everyday Flower Pickups are available one business day after ordering or can be scheduled up to 5 days in advanced. Upon check out, be sure to select a pickup time and date by clicking the "Edit" button at the top left of your screen.
